[2020] Release Time of the DLCs?

Hey, just wanted to ask real quick, at which time the last 4 DLCs got released. Is it aviable from midnight or do they get released somewhere during the day? Did it change every DLC or was it mostly the same? Planing on streaming it and wanted to know if you can give a time frame for us to plan.

We usually aim to release new DLCs at 6pm CEST, which is noon EST and 9am PST. That allows us to release the DLC simultaneously across Uplay, Steam and Epic Game Store.
