To help us to take a closer look at this issue, can you please provide us with more information on how you are unable to save? Do you receive an error messages or pop-ups when you try to save the game? If you can send us a video that demonstrates what happens whenever you try to save your game, that will also be helpful for further investigation.
Can you also let us know when this issue first started for you? Have you always been unable to save, or did this issue only begin following a game update?
