[2023] Stamp Feature Question

Does anybody know if you will be able to place a stamp which includes buildings you don't yet have access to?

For example, when I first start a new island with farmers, can I stamp down a street layout that includes a bank? Obviously I can't build the bank yet, but will the stamp feature show the bank as a blueprint, allowing me to upgrade it when I reach the right resident tier? Or in this case, would the stamp simply leave blank space for any buildings I don't yet have access to when I place the stamp?
