I have read the older forum thread and the issues seem to be unresolved since the day 1 of the game launch.
For instance, I've completed all boroughs, ubisoft connect lists only 2 - no achievement for all boroughs.
What do?

The team have been made aware of the issue, but they've been encountering difficulties replicating it. Have you uploaded your save file to the cloud recently?

@misha1670 Thank you for confirming this. When playing Watch Dogs Legion online, your save is uploaded to the Cloud. I have gone ahead and shared your information with our game team's investigation. While I understand this has been a frustrating situation in progression especially with achievement hunting, please know that our team is working on providing a solution to this as soon as possible.
