1) When I try to download Anno 1800 on my Windows Vista, I get an error code that I can't start the download due to not having enough space on my disk or not being connected to the internet, which is both wrong.
2) I was trying to figure out a way to get it started, with changing the directory folder or disabling my firewall etc.
