Got a quest from Kidusi on Taborime, don't remember exact quest name, it was something to do with helping her write an acceptance speech for a town hall position. Choice I made resulted in a character effect to shepherds called "Help the Meek", which gives "Residents consume -10% less Dried Meat, Finery, and Goat Milk". (See first screencap) I then noticed that I couldn't upgrade any shepherds, checked, said they were only getting 90% goats milk and finery, even though storage was full for all of those items. This affected all islands, and lowered available workforce. Looks like the effect is being applied wrong, and taking 10% or something. This does not effect elders. Any ideas? One thing I did notice was that on this effect, the reduced needs percentage was prefaced with a minus symbol (-), whereas reduced needs town hall items do not have that in front of the reduction percentage.
