[2022] How would I go about creating a city built for mice?

What could I do to accomplish this? This exact thought was the reason I originally got the game. To be more specific, how would I build a “house” out of ornaments that would be large enough to fit a civilization of mice but also small enough for it to be to scale? Mice in this example would be about four inches tall, in case someone wants to use this measurement to calculate how to do this. I would really appreciate it.
