I've tried reaching out through Ubisoft support, who has only supplied scripted non-answers, so I hope I can find help here (I am very frustrated).

I'm around 82 hours of gameplay, am at level 50, and have completed majority of the map, side quests, and cultist assassinations- I want to emphasize that I've put a lot of time into this game, and have enjoyed it thus far. However, the main odyssey quest has stalled where I cannot progress. I only use one save file and am not going to restart the game to accommodate an overlooked bug.

Upon arrival in Sparta, Brasidas requests two quests from you before meeting the two kings. I've completed both quests and returned to him, only to find his character stuck inside the throne room with one of the kings. I am unable to start the mission because he is not outside, with the yellow quest beacon. I first noticed the bug when I tried to locate Brasidas during gameplay and realized he was in an off-limits area. I've been attempting to get Ubisoft support for four days, but it is likely the issue has gone on for weeks and I did not notice it until now, since I was focusing on finishing his missions before entering the throne room. My ticket number is 15124582.

I assure you that I've tried troubleshooting this in every way, and nothing helps. Brasidas is stuck in the throne room and I will not be able to finish the game until this is remedied. Please help reset this bug so I can complete the game's main odyssey.

@alexisgeorge Thank you for reporting this issue.

We're sorry to hear you've encountered that, could you provide a video or screenshots of where they are at the moment?

Unfortunately I suspect there may not be a way to progress past this due to the inability to reset a quest or state without loading earlier Saves.

@alexisgeorge Thanks, we'll be interested in seeing that.

In-deed, unfortunately I'm not sure if this can be reset as said.
