As it stands, I can confirm that we have received a number of contacts regarding the exact same issue you brought up, therefore for the time being, just as @AW7777777 suggested, if you do happen to be using DX12, try using DX11 and this should help to resolve the matter until we have further information or updates.

So that we could look into the matter further, I have created a ticket under your account and have sent a corresponding email with further instructions, so when you have a chance, is there any possibility you could provide us with your DxDiag file? In order to do so, you can follow steps below:

1. Click the following link to access your cases list (make sure to login to your account beforehand)
2. Once there, you will find ticket that was recently created. Open it
3. Once opened, you will see 'Attach' option. Click on it and when ready
4. Click on it and when ready, upload your DxDiag

Once done, let us know and we will take it from there .
