When I try to start the game I get an error message with: _uncaught_exceptions were not found in DLL "api-ms-win-crt-private-l1-1-0.dl" anyone else having issues there or at best, a solution?

Hey there @chriskatoschka9! I sincerely apologise that your thread was not replied to previously. I hope that you were able to resolve your issues with Assassin's Creed Valhalla crashing upon start-up, and have been enjoying the game since.
If not, or if any other players require assistance with a similar error message, I would recommend running through our PC troubleshooting guide in the first instance, which includes steps such as the following:
If issues persist, I would ask that you submit an MSINFO and DXDIAG to us in a support case, so that we can investigate these issues further with you and take a look at your system to see whether there is any obvious cause for the issues you are experiencing.
