Since the upgrade, all the textures in my game has become low quality. The smoke is pixilated and instead of sparks I have orange tint cubes floating from it. The tattoos on Eivor are very low quality with big pixels and you can barely tell what the design is. It didn't use to be like this. 
This is on my PS4 where I can't change texture/graphics settings. Is anyone else having this problem?

You mentioned graphical glitches with smoke, too - can you take a screenshot or record a short clip of this for me as well? Here's Sony's article showing how to record gameplay footage.
Can you be sure to run through our troubleshooting guide, too? In particular, make sure the console is fully updated, you've rebuilt the database, and power-cycled the console. Let me know if the issues persist after those steps!
