Hi just bought the bright harvest and the season 1 pass .. But still havent recieved my keys .... And cannot seem to get in contact with ubisoft , after discussion with xsolla

I checked your account and the DLC seems to be activated properly, could you please check in the game if the DLC is available (e.g. by setting up a new game, you should then see the option to select the Bright Harvest DLC).
You won't receive a key for the DLC as it's directly activated on your account.
