[2020] Land of lions appears randomly

Anybidy have a weird bug where land of lions region opens up for no reason? I have not done the expedition and saving it for later but the option to switch to it appears on my region switch. Trying to see if its one of the standard expeditions from old save.

Edit: no idea what causes it, tried ignoring my expeditions, even having them returning. Nothing of note from the save and it just appears. Once enbasa appears I can click on it as if I've just discovered the region while its expedition is on list untouched.
