Are there some factors that affect chance of explosion for factories/mines? One of my oil refineries in the New World was exploded 4 times, while another are fine. Is there some reason why it happen, or it just a bad luck? Also, newspaper sometimes writes that mines are considered safe - is there really something that improve safety? Probably some trade union items/persons may affect it - but I don't use any of them.
I see your posts usually help a few people in the forums. I think that's awesome. Keep up the good work
