[2020] Anthem crashing when pressing “resume”

Thank you. If you swap to a different gamertag can you get past the crashing point?

Do you have any other EA games, if so, can you try going online with one as a test?

I suspect there may be some issue related to your account going online, and in such a case you'd need to talk to support at help.ea.com but we can try a couple of steps to determine if that's the case. 

@DeadxSlayer04 Thank you for the update. We have seen some similar reports in the past, though that said many HDDs work without issue (my PS4 Anthem is on an external drive. 

Do you happen to have the make/model of the drive in question?
