Edit: As a potential troubleshooting step for this issue, please restart and wait on the lobby screen for about a minute before navigating to any other tabs to see if this allows your currency and profile info to all load correctly.

 

If you're still encountering this afterwards and can provide ideally a short video showing the issue or a screenshot of the lobby if not, that will help as we continue investigating, thanks!

Edit May 29th:  Thanks to everyone for the evidence provided. Would it be possible to get a specific piece of evidence from an affected person? This would be you sitting in the lobby for about a minute, with the missing currency issue persisting for that full minute.

This wouldn't be a bug, such suspensions tend to be put in place for exploits such as kill trading. A large wave of such suspensions was recently announced. https://twitter.com/Respawn/status/1655681306527928320

Hi, I merged the post together. I can check back on the ticket from before but I can't make any promises regarding changes or timing. 

Also, can you elaborate on the Boot Camp issue? I have this skin myself and on a cursory check I can't see a difference between using the heirloom or not.

Are you saying the alternative account is slow to find a match too? From what we're seeing here, your main account isn't banned and there's something else going on here, perhaps network-related. David.png

Hi,

You can try resetting your password again (steps here) as that can help unstick things in some cases.

If the issue persists, you can test with an alternative account to check in case the issue is more network-related. That's unlikely to be the case but it's easy enough to check for.

Also, It again likely won't be a factor, but you can see if changing Data Center has any effect.

Hi, there's currently an issue with the post-match display and it can give inaccurate info. It's being worked on, but for now it's a bit untrustworthy.
The RP and ranks should be unaffected by this issue though.

Hey. to add a little more detail. this seems to primarily happen when running in low model detail and interacting with survey beacons. 

Changing your model detail to be a little higher should also help while this is being worked on.

@masterofsinss Unfortunately there isn't a way to transfer funds or coins from PC to a console.

A form of cross-progression is being worked on so these coins/funds may prove useful for you later, but for now we have no details on that. David.png

Hi, unfortunately this isn't something we can assist with via AHQ, we have no control over 3rd parties, though of course we condemn any harassment.

From the context of your post it sounds like you're still in CC#2, but if I've misread and you've been suspended, he only way forward would be to reach out to support via the ALGS Discord, the link can be found here.

Hey, I believe this is working as intended, it's a form of a rangefinder. As Pathy's zipline range is quite significant, it doesn't come up too often, but it's intended to show the current max range of the zipline.

Thanks for the post, but my instinct is that this is hardware related. I've also swapped battery packs a bunch of times and never encountered this. You're in contact with Xbox already, it sounds like that's the right path to take. Hopefully there isn't any need for hardware changes and that this can be solved with some software updates/a more in-depth update. David.png

@SirDiabutis That definitely looks like a card or driver issue.
I'm assuming that the W11 install comes with a full clean reinstall of all GPU drivers.

If not, that would be the next step, you may even wish to employ tools like DDU to make sure old drivers are fully removed.
