Mounted Precision is a Rus unique upgrade. Available at the Archery Range, this upgrade increases the weapon range of their Horse Archers.
The Delhi Sultanate civ has access to Efficient Production, a unique upgrade at the Mosque. It allows Scholars to garrison within military buildings, boosting their production speed.
