From what the email says there doesn't appear to be a ban on your account, so you should be ok to keep playing our games.

If Apex is saying that you're banned, then I recommend that you reach out to our terms of service team via the webform in the following article:

https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

They might have applied a ban to your account after all. Either way, it's worth getting them to take another look.
