You can unlink your Steam account yourself by going to the following link:

https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index

Once you log in you should see all of your connected accounts, as well as an option to unlink it. Just note that an EA account can only have one of a specific type of account linked to it in its lifetime, so if you unlink your Steam account you won't be able to link a new Steam... Read more

Hey @SuperGamer515,

When you say that you logged on to your Switch account on your PS5, do you mean that you just linked your PlayStation and Nintendo accounts to the same EA account? Because Apex Legends doesn't have cross-progression between different console families, so you won't be able to play with your Nintendo Switch progress on your PlayStation, and vice versa.

Has it been a while since you've played Apex Legends by any chance? When you hit the level cap, your level gets set back to 1 and you go up a tier, which can happen 3 times (So until you hit Level 500 on tier 3). Effectively the level cap has been 2,000 since season 14 with this change. We have a little bit more information about the level cap increase here:
