Have you tried resetting the password on your EA Account to see if that helps? Sometimes that can do the trick with that type of error message.

Have you tried changing to a different DNS in Windows to see if that makes a difference? You can change the DNS through the Windows TCP/IP Settings. You can find more details on how to get there at the Microsoft Support website

 

If you choose the Manual option you can enter a DNS of your choosing. I usually suggest the public Google DNS (Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8; Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4), but I've also heard that using the public Cloudflare DNS (Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1) can also help.
