so you got banned on an account that you don't have proper access to any more because you don't have access to the email?
In that case, you will need to change the email first. If you contact Support as a guest and tell them that you don't have access to your email anymore, they can help you change the email. After that, you can create a new case through the account that you have the ban on, in order to dispute that ban.
