can you please answer the question regarding when you started playing Apex through Steam?
We don't have access to account information and data here in the forum, which is why I'm asking these questions - as I said before, if unlinking the Steam account caused the issue, then relinking it most likely will solve the issue.
When the Steam account was still linked, did you ever play through the EA app directly? If yes, were you able to play with your complete progress then?
if your Steam account is encountering error messages, I would suggest contacting Steam's support to fix it.
Generally speaking, due to cross progression, your progress should be saved on the EA account, even without Steam linked to it any more. When did you start playing Apex through Steam?
Are you logged into the correct EA account?
please link the Steam account to the correct EA account again and check if that fixes the issue.
Hello @cUs-b_850,
what do you mean when you say that your number unchained steam?
If you unlinked Steam from your EA account, you will have to relink it to that same EA account in order to get your steam progress back. All progress is linked and saved to the EA account, not the steam account.
you will have to follow the instructions in the e-mail and answer support.
If the e-mail support is taking too long for you, you could also try and contact support through a live chat.
Great that you managed to get through to support! Sometimes browser permissions can stop the website from creating pop-ups - thank you for the reply!
Hello @finnlava,
it's not possible to get refunds on purchases made in-game.
I forwarded your case to the team, and they just got back to me - apparently this account was only created this July and the Steam connection is also from July 2024. So it's not possible that you played Apex on this account last year.
Please try and find the correct EA account that you were playing on last year, and try to see if the progress is bound to that one. If the Steam account that is now connected to this account was previously linked to the other EA account, you will have to relink it. There is no guarantee that the progress will still be found on that account then, as the original unlinking process can damage the progress permanently, but it's the only way to try for it.

are you certain that this is the EA account that you were playing on last year?
Can you check the customer portal to make sure that the account wasn't accidentally created in the last few months? If it is the correct account, please check under "Connections" that the Steam account is linked.
Hello @4x6ntlecwn1v,
was the last time you played before or after cross progression hit?
What platform are you playing on and do you play on just one or several ones?
Did you unlink and relink a platform account at any point before or after you last played?
Hello @Erox0105,
progress is linked to the EA account, not the platform account - so if you were playing Apex on Steam before and then relinked the Steam account to a different EA account, the progress from that Steam account won't transfer over.
In order to get your progress back, you will have to relink the accounts to what they were previously linked to. If you explain your situation, Support can help you redo those links before the six month ...

yes, unfortunately, Apex Legends Mobile and Apex Legends are two different games and content does not move inbetween them. There is no way to get your Apex Legends Mobile content on Apex Legends on PC.
Hello @Adorare,
are you looking for your Apex Legends Mobile Content on Mobile? If so, despite the fact that it's the same franchise, the content was never crossplatform for Apex Legends Mobile and the general Apex Legends.
