Trouble with a past account

Please note that we're unable to make account changes or assist with account-related issues here at AHQ. However, I can try to point you in the right direction to recover your account. 

If you don't remember the email associated with your EA account, you can try to find it by following the steps in this article: Find your EA Account email address

Also, you may try to recover the account yourself by following these steps: I can't log in to my EA Account

In case you're unable to recover the account yourself, you can contact EA Help Support. They will be able to assist you recovering your account if you can provide them with the correct account information.
