@MagicalFlandre You see that in your Steam account right? The progress is saved on your EA account. If you link the Steam account to a different EA account, you won't get your progress back. You must link it to the same EA account it was linked to before. Since we're unable to check the account details here in the forums, you will need to reach out to the EA Help Support.

If you had to re-link your Steam account, it means the account was unlinked from another EA account. In case you already re-linked your Steam account and don't see the progress, you probably linked to a brand new EA account. As we're unable to check your account details here, you will need to contact EA Help Support to try recovering your old account.

If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try: 

 

  1. Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
  2. Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
  3. Select "I want to update my EA Account information" 
  4. Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option

If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.

That's really creative! I never thought of that or heard that from anyone else before. I can see how it would be useful and perhaps improve the pubs. I will pass the feedback along as well.

I completely understand what you mean as I've been in this situation myself more than once for sure. Even though I usually play with a premade squad, having to explain to them where the best beacon is might take way longer than if we could simply put a ping for them on the map. I will pass your feedback forward to the team!

Just to confirm, are you using the EA app or Origin? If you're not on the EA app yet, please download it here; https://www.ea.com/ea-app

 

Once it's installed, make sure the in-game overlay is enable so the pop up for the purchase will appear, for that, go to: Settings > Application > In-game Overlay > Enable in-game Overlay

Thanks for reporting that and providing a DxDiag, that's very helpful. I've noticed that your GPU driver was last updated in May. Have you tried updating the GPU driver and check again to see if the problem persists?

That's part of the new level tiers, there are a total of 2000 levels, split into four tiers. After reaching level 500, your level will be reset back to level 1 as you have reached the next tier.
