[2022] I havent been able to play a full game since the new season

Let's try running through some troubleshooting to see if we can help out with the freezing issues you've been seeing. 

From what you're describing it sounds like the connection to the game is getting dropped somewhere. A good place to start out would be with the basic and advanced connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website.

Can we also try setting a different DNS on your Xbox to see if that helps? You can set a different DNS on your console using the steps below: 

1. Open the Xbox Settings.

2. Select All Settings.

3. Select Network.

4. Select Advanced Settings. 

5. Select DNS Settings. 

6. Choose Manual.

7. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but I've also heard that the Cloudflare DNS resolve can also help (Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1).

8. Save the changes.

Can we also try setting a static IP address for your Xbox to see if that makes a difference? The Port Forward website has some instructions on how you can set that up.
