[2024] My account got resetted after a ban

Did you successfully unlink your Steam account in the end? If so, did you link it to a new EA account? Because all of your progress is stored at the EA acount level, so if you unlink your Steam, none of your progress will carry over.

We can't help with bans here on the forums, but you can reach out to our live support team here. They can take a look at this for you.

 

If they unban your account, you can try relinking your Steam account again. Hopefully your items will still be there waiting for you.
