If you're having trouble getting support from emails, it might be a good idea to try reaching out via a chat instead:

Once you've picked your product and platform, try selecting "Manage my account" -> "Hacked account". That consistently gives me the option to start a chat, and then just explain to the advisor what the actual issue is. They should be able to help you get your Apex Coins then. Just make sure that you have your proof of purchase on hand too:
