Man I would be overwhelmed having to read all these public opinions of my day job 😭
You start just filtering it for feelings and problems, and stop taking things personally and focusing on the problem they are trying to point out. It would be less mentally and emotionally exhausting if it was a bit more empathically written, I'm still human.
