The ban history section of the website is somewhat new, so some of that functionality may still be in the works, sorry about the confusion.
The best place to check for any account actions will be your account email, as you'll still receive a general notification there if an action is taken.
I'm afraid we aren't able to go into more detail than the email provides, but submitting an appeal will have our Terms of Service team review the account and circumstances of the ban again. The review is based purely on what can be verified in our own records, so in that sense there's nothing you would need to provide to change the outcome.
If they investigate multiple times and aren't able to find any evidence to overturn their decision, I'm afraid we don't have any other options on the forums either, sorry.
