[2022] Kicking from Ranked

Hey @Rahz_VII, 

I know it's definitely frustrating to get kicked like this, especially when you're losing RP. 

While I'm afraid we can't help with the lost RP, I'd like to see if we can do anything to help stop these disconnections from happening in the future. When you have the chance can you try running through the basic and advanced connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website to see how that goes? If you're still running into any disconnections after that please let me know. Thanks!

It's definitely weird that it always happens when you ping a certain scope. Which platform do you play on? Are you getting any error messages when it happens? If so, what's the full error you've been seeing?
