[2021] Banned for no reason and the TOS team use of bot for autoresponders

I'm afraid that account bans aren't something we can help with here on Answers HQ. 

That said, the TOS team does review ban appeals on a case-by-case basis. If they reviewed your account and determined that the ban can't be overturned, I'm afraid the account would remain banned.
