I believe the box should redirect you to the Steam store page, can you get to the Loba Edition with this link: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1623571/Apex_Legends__Loba_Edition/

Edit: just checked now, the link redirects me to the front page too, we'll flag it. 

Oh that's fine, the server doesn't matter. I was checking in case the Steam store region was a factor. It turns out that it isn't. 

If you're still intending to purchase the Loba Edition you should be able to just use the Steam page linked above.
