I’m not a complainer by nature, but i’ve submitted support requests for the last few weeks and haven’t heard back from anyone. the Trello board doesn’t have a ton of info on it but at least it’s there.
it’ll take me about 9 or 10 tries on average between matches to get back into the pregame lobby, with the “Internal Server Error” bug. my record so far is 34 errors before it lets me in. but that’s not even the most frustrating part.
All my menu tabs are greyed out. I can’t change my legend in the lobby, look at weapon skins, or access the store for any items. None of my challenges for either event or daily/weekly appear (although lots of people apparently are having this problem so i won’t complain about that part too much).
I kinda figured this would be a higher priority fix for devs, the people maxing out level early on are usually the ones that stick around for a while. im not going anywhere, just venting a little frustration.
