[2022] Apex linking account looses progress

There is no cross-platform progression in Apex Legends, so I'm afraid your progress from PC will not carry over to Xbox. 

If you're having trouble with logging into your EA Account or with resetting the password it would be best to get in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look. I'm afraid we aren't able to help with account issues here on Answers HQ.

Did you previously unlink a platform account from your EA Account before this happened?

I'm afraid that's one of the effects of unlinking a platform account and connecting it with a different EA Account. In order to keep the account progress you would need to reconnect it back with the original EA Account.
