today when i start bf2042, all my progress was gone. And back to lvl 1. Is there someone else got this kind of problem. And is this something EA can fix. I did send a message to Eahelp on twitter and waiting for respond. this is never happen to me before so wanna check here as well. thanks.

Have you tried playing a few rounds for the progression system to refresh your progression? We had recently rolled out a fix for Mastery Progression, which some users had become aware of their stats showing as '0'. After playing a couple of matches, this should have updated itself.
