Your end of season ranked badge will reflect the highest rank you've achieved across all platforms. In this situation you would indeed get a Masters badge.

Which split(s) did you reach Diamond during Season 20? To clarify, Seasons 19 and 20 awarded badges based on your rank at the end of the season rather than the highest during the season.

However, we're returning to the previous system again with Season 21, so going forward you should again see that as outlined below.
