I'm sorry to say, we cannot help with banned accounts over Answers HQ. You'll need to submit another dispute if you haven't done this 3 times already. More information on bans, as well as instructions for disputing the ban can be found here.

We can't help over Answers HQ. Only ToS can investigate an account and possibly overturn the ban. You can submit up to 3 disputes. So, if you haven't used up all 3, you're welcome to submit another dispute. ToS will perform another investigation and let you know what the outcome is.
