[2022] need help getting my apex account back

I'm afraid that account bans aren't something that we can look into here on Answers HQ. 

If you've already contacted the Terms of Service team, and after reviewing the account they determined that the ban shouldn't be removed, then I'm afraid the account will remain banned.
