The Apex Legends team is always investigating and working to fix bugs that come up in the game. I know it can get frustrating when you run into a bug or a glitch, but the team is always working to improve things. 

Like @DarthValtrex mentioned, if you're missing content on your account it would be best to reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look.
