[2022] Update released early (13.1)

@Cheese9Man Hey, it looks like this didn't affect the PS versions, on my side the update is locked until release time, and numbers look normal.

On the Xbox side we're seeing this, and we're looking into it.

@Cheese9Man Yep it should just sit in your drive and be locked until proper update time.
