[2020] transfer accounts

Hey @cxnaa98. 

Cross-saving is something that we've seen requested for quite a while, but unfortunately we don't have any updates on if there are plans to bring this to Apex Legends. If it does happen in the future I'm sure we'll post an announcement to make sure everyone knows. 

A good place to watch out for announcements and updates would be over at the Apex Legends Twitter page.
