It appears that you haven't purchased the Premium Battle Pass, the coins are only on the Premium track. The standard track does have trackers, packs and some skins.
If you hit level 99+ on the BP you can buy the premium upgrade and you'll get your coins back, as well as a bunch of other rewards.
