[2019] Banned wrongfully. Support doesn't answer.

I'm afraid that account bans aren't something that we can look into here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to review your account and determine if the ban can be overturned. If you haven't already please contact them directly so they can take a look. The Terms of Service team will follow up with you as soon as they can. Unfortunately we don't have a way to see exactly how long that may take, and it can vary depending on the volume of cases they are currently working on. Keep an eye on your email, and they'll follow up as soon as they can.
