It looks like there are some system processes crashing in the diagnostics. When you've got the chance could you try running the Windows System File Checker tool to see if it's able to find any issues? I am curious if that might help with the connection problems. 

 

You can find more info on how to run the tool at the Microsoft Support website. Once you've had the chance to give it a shot please let me know how it goes. Thanks again.
