We're not able to contact the support team on your behalf, but if you're having trouble getting help via email, try starting a live chat instead. When you select your product and platform, try selecting " Manage my account" -> "Hacked account". That usually gives me the option to start a chat instead:

It could be that they need to check some things on your account before it's fully unbanned. Either way, they can take a look for you.
