Hey @BoyWonder_9009,

Everything should still be there alright, since it's all saved on the cloud. Maybe this is a very silly question to ask, but are you 100% sure that you've logged into the EA app with the correct account? It'd certainly be the simplest explanation.

I know you've just reinstalled it, but could you try repairing the game via the app just in case something went a little funky during installation?

You did just reach out to me with a different account just now. If you have multiple, can you quickly check all of them to make sure that that's not the account that has your progress? It might just be linked with an account you haven't tried yet.

I'm sorry for sending you back with the exact same step, but even if you're absolutely certain that this should be the account, I think it's worth checking your other accounts just in case.

Are you still having issues?

When exactly did you start playing on PC, do you know?

Also, is your account being treated as an entirely new player? No characters, skins, or anything at all unlocked?
