Apex false ban

Just to clarify, the ban history page typically shows the general EA account actions, but not all in-game bans or suspensions will show up there, sorry for the confusion.

We are not able to review or discuss any account details here, so if you've already created an appeal and the Terms of Service team wasn't able to locate the action, please be sure you're contacting from the correct account so they can look into this further.
