[2022] Friend's list disappearing, cannot send new requests.

What are you seeing when you're trying to add new friends? Does it give you any errors or anything?

There are a few things we can try which may help with this. When you've got the chance I'd recommend running through the basic and advanced connectivity steps from the EA Help website.

Do you play Apex Legends on any other platforms with the same EA Account? Have you unlinked any platform accounts from that EA Account in the past?

There is something else I'm curious about. If you run Apex Legends through the EA App rather than Origin, does the same issue still happen with your friends list?
