Unfortunately we're not equipped to assist with these cases from the forum. However by connecting with the Terms of Service team about the case, you did the correct thing.
In terms of hearing back from Terms of Service, reports from other players on the forum suggest that the average response time is quite long at the moment and it may take a while before you hear back from the Terms or Service team. Once they have received your case and completed their investigation into the ban, they'll reach out to you via email from this address: [email protected].
If you're in any way concerned the case is stuck or might not be in the right queue to reach the Terms of Service team, etc due to the response time, do link in with the support team directly. They'll double check that for you and help to ease those concerns or if it failed to send to Terms of Service the advisor will correct that asap.
