I can tell you care about your account, but I'm sorry, on Answers HQ we wouldn't know about your Account ban. Our Terms of Service team are the only ones who handle and investigate bans. There is no other way to reach the Terms of Service team besides the appeal option. If they've looked into this for you a few times and confirmed each time the ban was correctly applied, then it's there to stay.

If you have an EA ban, account or game-wise, I'd recommend visiting your My Ban History to view more info and dispute your active bans and suspensions from there. EA also aims to email you if they've applied for a ban or suspension. That email may share more information, too. Please check your email inbox for more details.
